We are not serving up your normal breakfast fare here! We took our ethos of Japanese Soul Food + American BBQ beyond our dinner menu to bring you a morning match made in heaven. Think Breakfast Ramen with tonkotsu-egg broth, maple shichimi bacon + sunny side egg, UKIAH Benedict with Carolina pulled pork, 2 poached eggs, yuzu hollandaise on a shishito-cheddar biscuit and Potato + Scallion Skewers with kimchi.
